We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. In the unlikely event that you have a D.O.A. or badly damaged item(s), we will replace the item(s) by including it on your next order only.

If no replacement is available, we will issue you a website credit for use on your next order.

All decisions about replacements, credits and validity of DOA claims will be made solely by Ocean View Corals LLC.

We will not issue refunds back to your credit card. We do not credit or refund any shipping costs.

If UPS or FedEx loses the package or they have weather delays we WILL still cover all of the items. To be covered under our DOA policy you must request with pictures and info via email or text message within 2-hours of arrival.Please send a clear non-blue photo of each item on a white background.
